1. Can I return my order?
   For Hygienic reasons, we cannot accept ANY returns. To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use a product that had already been shipped to someone else. However, we are dedicated to providing excellent service and therefore take the time to check that each product is in working condition before it is shipped out.
   
   
2. How long does it take to get my order?
   Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. Shipments are made via Canada Parcel Post & take approximately 4-5 days in Canada & 7-10 days to U.S. destinations. You can opt to have your order shipped overnight for a small additional fee. More info on shipping rates.
   
   
3. Will anyone know what is in my parcel?
   No. Your privacy is protected. Orders are wrapped in a plain wrapper.
   
   
4. Can I order by phone?
   Sorry, we are not able to handle telephone orders at this time.
   
   
5. I want to pay by credit card but I don't have a secure Internet access or don't want to provide my credit card payment over the Internet.
   Simply fill in your order online & when you are done shopping, click Checkout & then select "Fax". You do not need to provide your CC information & you will receive a copy of your order form by email. Once you receive it, fill in your CC number & mail it or FAX it to us. The address & the FAX number are on the email form.
   
   
6. Can I pay by cheque?
   Yes. Simply fill in your order online & when you are done shopping, click Checkout & then select "Cheque". You will receive a copy of your order form by email. Once you receive it, mail it with your cheque. The address is on the email form. Cheque orders are subject to a delay to allow your cheque to clear.
   
   
7. What currency are prices displayed in?
   All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you pay by credit card, your credit card company will convert automatically to your domestic currency value & in many cases the exchange rate & conversion will appear on your CC statement. 8. Are the prices online the same as those at your stores?
   Yes, for the most part. However, store prices may vary. Occasionally online-specials or in-store specials may be different.
   
   
9. Are the products online available in store?
   Not necessarily. The store does not carry all 1000 products or we may be sold out. If you have seen a product online that you wish to purchase in store please call or email us at info@wickedboutique.com to make sure we have it in stock.
   
   
10. What are your shipping fees?
    Regular shipping: Flat Rate - $6.00 for regular ground shipping within Canada. Flat Rate - $15.00 (CAD) by air mail for USA customers.
    
    Express Shipping: Flat rate - $ 15.00 within Canada
    
    The orders MUST be placed before 12:00 pm for next day delivery (depending on the location).
